Privacy questions answered

We collect your email, phone number, full name, date of birth and ID number. Payment details (card, DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account info) are taken at deposit. Device fingerprint and IP address are logged for fraud detection and account security purposes.

We don't sell your data. Payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) see transaction details they need to process your deposit or withdrawal. Fraud prevention partners get anonymized gameplay signals. Law enforcement requests get legal review before any handover.

Active accounts: indefinite, while you play. Inactive accounts: two years after last login, then anonymized. Payment records: seven years for regulatory compliance. You can request deletion anytime; we retain only what law requires or fraud prevention demands.

Email our data team with your request. We respond within 10 business days with your full data export or deletion confirmation. Some data (transaction receipts, fraud logs) may stay for compliance reasons, but personal details like email and ID get removed on request.

Payment processors handle their own data security. Our policy covers how puribet stores the fact that you used them, not the transaction details inside their systems. Their privacy policies govern their side; we enforce encryption on our side of the link.

We use TLS encryption, two-factor authentication options, device fingerprinting and session monitoring. If we spot unusual login activity, we alert you immediately. You can sign out all devices remotely. Regular security audits test our defenses monthly.
